Recording Technology/Audio Engineering (Wednesdays)

Description:

A Course designed to teach the student the ability to produce, engineer, record, mix, remix, and master a sound recording to train the student as a potential Recording Engineer. The class deals with all aspects of recording and mixing situations, such as microphones and mic placement, mixing console, compression and limiting, equalization, acoustics, overdubbing, tracking, reverb and echo, mixing, remixing, mastering and editing. Students will learn how to record in both digital and analog domains. Recording students will work in our state of the art, Pro-Tools and 24 track analog studio.

Classess will be held on Wednesdays
